Cancelation and Refund Policy

Spiritual Acceleration

Our cancellation policies have been established to provide the highest level of service and fairness to all of our Clients, as well as our Accelerators. By providing notices of cancellation, we may have the opportunity to accommodate another client in your spot. These possibilities vary by the type of service you receive and are reflected in the policies below.

I. Group Clearings, Small Group Clearings, and Private Sessions

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, no charge will be applied. A reminder of your appointment will be emailed before your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours, or if a client doesn’t show up for their appointment, the appointment will be forfeited and no refund issued. Cancellations due to last-minute emergencies may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy
Purchased sessions may be canceled and refunded before 48 hours of the scheduled session. Sessions ended early are considered a full session and no refunds will be issued. If you are over 15 minutes late to your session, your session will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

II. Virtual Classes, Trainings, and Programs

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your spot in a virtual class, training, or program, please email wecare@spiritualacceleration.com as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance will receive a refund minus a processing charge of 15% of the total program cost. There are no refunds given after this time period. You may have the option of moving into another class at a later date within 6-months of your original start date.

Payment Plans
Payments made toward virtual classes, trainings, and programs are subject to the refund policy outlined above. Upon cancellation, all future scheduled payments will continue, unless canceled 14-days prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance will receive a refund minus a processing charge of 15% of the total program cost. There are no refunds given after this time period and your payment plan will continue. You may have the option of moving into another class at a later date within 6-months of your original start date.

III. In-Person Trainings and Retreats

Cancellation Policy
To avoid the need for cancellation, please ensure you are clear about the dates and travel costs before you book. It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation.

If you must cancel your spot in an in-person training or retreat, please email wecare@spiritualacceleration.com as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance will receive a refund minus a processing charge of 15% of the total program cost. There are no refunds given after this time period. You may have the option of moving into another class at a later date within 6-months of your original start date.

Payment Plans
Payments made toward in-person training or retreats are subject to the refund policy outlined above. Upon cancellation, all future scheduled payments will continue, unless canceled 30 days prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance will receive a refund minus a processing charge of 15% of the total program cost. There are no refunds given after this time period and your payment plan will continue. You may have the option of moving into another class at a later date within 6-months of your original start date.

Program Cancellation or Postponement Policy
If we have to postpone an in-person training or retreat, you will automatically be included as a participant for the new program dates. If you have an obligation or can’t make this new timeframe, please reach out to wecare@spiritualacceleration.com for special consideration. If we must cancel an in-person training or event due to too few participants, you will be refunded all deposits and payments made toward the program. Spiritual Acceleration will not be liable for any costs associated with travel.

Travel and Insurance Policy
You are responsible for your own travel costs and travel insurance. It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of any program date changes, cancellations, family emergencies, bad weather delays, COVID-19 restrictions, etc. If a change occurs and you cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. Again, Spiritual Acceleration will not be liable for any costs associated with travel.
